1. Order Fulfillment Process
Yiwear prepares and ships orders efficiently through two main stages: Handling Time and Transit Time.
1.1 Handling Time (Order Preparation)
Handling time includes:

- Quality checks
- Inventory confirmation
- Secure packaging
- Carrier pickup preparation
Standard Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days

2. Shipping Schedule
Shipping Days: Monday – Friday
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Those placed afterward begin processing on the next business day.
3. Transit Time (Delivery Time)
Transit time begins once the package is transferred to the carrier.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

- Washington, D.C.
- U.S. territories (case-by-case)
We do not offer international shipping.
8. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
8.1 Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
8.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
Carriers may hold or return packages if delivery fails. Reshipment fees may apply.
8.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked “Delivered,” yiwear.com is not liable for stolen or misplaced packages. Customers must file a claim with the carrier.
8.4 Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
9. Combined Orders & Multiple Shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on inventory location or packaging requirements.
10. Shipping During Peak Seasons
During holidays and major sales, handling and transit times may extend slightly. Order early to avoid delays.
11. Damaged Orders During Transit
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged product
- Photos of packaging
