This policy explains how IP owners can report unauthorized use of their copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials on our website, and how yiwear.com responds to such claims. It complements our DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy.

3. How Claims Are Processed
- Review the claim for completeness and validity
- Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while investigation occurs
- Notify the user who posted the content about the claim
- Retain evidence of the claim for record-keeping purposes
- Take corrective measures, including removal, restriction, or account suspension if necessary
4. Counter-Claims
If you are notified that your content has been removed and you believe it does not infringe any intellectual property rights, you may submit a counter-claim. Counter-claims must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its original location on the site
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error
- Consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction or appropriate legal jurisdiction
- Physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt, we forward your counter-claim to the claimant. If no further legal action is taken, yiwear.com may restore the content.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
- Users repeatedly infringing intellectual property may have accounts suspended, restricted, or terminated
- yiwear.com reserves the right to determine repeat infringer status and enforce actions accordingly
6. Good Faith Requirement
All claims and counter-claims must be submitted in good faith. False claims may result in legal liability, potential penalties, and account restrictions or termination.
7. Limitations of Liability
yiwear.com is not responsible for:
- IP infringements caused by third-party sellers or users
- Content hosted externally or linked from our site
- Delays in removal caused by incomplete claims
Our liability is limited to responding appropriately once a valid IP claim is submitted.
