1. ORDERING
1.1 How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment securely. A confirmation email with your order number is sent immediately after purchase.
1.2 Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save personal details.
1.3 Can I change my order?
Changes to address, size, or items can only be made before fulfillment begins. Once fulfilled or shipped, changes are not possible.
1.4 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before fulfillment begins. After fulfillment, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
2. SHIPPING
2.1 What are your handling and transit times?

No. We currently ship only within the 50 U.S. states.
2.5 How can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
2.6 My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier to confirm delivery.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
3.1 What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.
3.2 Are returns free?
Yes. All returns, exchanges, and refunds are completely free, with no fees.
3.3 When will I receive my refund?

4. CANCEL & CHANGE ORDERS
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before fulfillment begins. After fulfillment starts, modifications are not possible.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, eligible prepaid cards, and yiwear.com gift cards.
Not accepted: Cash on Delivery, Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers (unless announced), Cryptocurrency.
Payments are processed immediately and securely via SSL encryption, tokenized payments, and PCI-compliant processors.
6. PRIVACY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
