Cancel/ Change Order

At yiwear.com, we work hard to process your order quickly so you can receive your hoodies, jeans, t-shirts, and apparel as soon as possible. Because orders move rapidly through our fulfillment system, we offer a limited window for cancellations and changes. This policy explains how customers can request modifications, what qualifies for approval, and how these requests align with our Shipping and Return & Refund Policies.
1. Order Processing Timeline
Our fulfillment process includes:
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days
- Flat-Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99 (applies to all orders)
Once an order enters the packaging or shipping stage, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
2. Order Cancellation Requests
2.1 Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, our team may have already begun processing, and cancellations are not guaranteed.
2.2 How to Request Cancellation

2.3 If Cancellation Is No Longer Possible
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may still take advantage of our 90-Day Return Policy once your package arrives.
3. Order Change Requests
3.1 Changes Allowed (Within 1 Hour)
If your order is still unprocessed, you may request:
- Updating shipping address
- Changing product variant (size, color, style)
- Adding or removing items
- Updating contact information
3.2 Changes Not Allowed After Processing
Once the order enters fulfillment, we can no longer modify address details, product selections, quantities, or payment information. Adjustments after shipping must be handled through our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Incorrect Address Submissions
If a customer enters an incorrect address:
- We can update it only if processing has not started.
- yiwear.com is not responsible for delays or lost packages once the order has shipped.
- If returned to us, we can reship after receiving the correct address.
Additional shipping fees may apply only if the carrier charges return/reship fees—yiwear.com does not charge internal penalties.
5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused or marked undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. Once received, we can reship it or issue a refund according to our 90-Day Return & Refund Policy (refunds issued within 14 days).
6. Out-of-Stock or Fulfillment Issues
If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we will notify you. You may select a replacement or request a full refund, issued within 14 days and with no fees.
7. Orders Placed by Mistake
If an order was placed by mistake, contact us within 1 hour. If fulfillment hasn't started, we will cancel or modify it at no cost.
8. Fraud Prevention Holds
Orders may be placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected. During this time, customers may request cancellation without penalty.
