4. Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)

If your content is removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have lawful rights to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your full legal name
  • Contact information (address, phone, email)
  • Identification of the content removed, including original URL
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts where your address is located (or where yiwear.com is located if outside the U.S.)
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Once received, we forward it to the original complainant. If no federal court action is filed within 10–14 business days, content may be restored.

6. Good Faith and Accuracy Requirements

  • External websites linked from our platform
